Sewing

Target: 4th grade and above

Learning Objectives: This is a class where you learn and utilize basic hand sewing techniques to make various household items. I expect that it will be a good opportunity to learn patience and a sense of accomplishment each time you complete a small bag, decorative item, etc. while feeling emotional stability through the process of sewing each stitch. In particular, starting this semester, I would like to have time to feel the beauty of Korean tradition by incorporating Gyubang crafts.

**Handmade Quilt class**

The Handmade Quilt class would help students enhance emotional stability, learn to be patient, and gain fulfillment through crafting each piece of quilt such as a pouch bag, ornaments, and so on, meticulously with every tiny stitch. In particular, we would like to have time to feel the beauty of Korean tradition by grafting Korean traditional 'Gyubang crafts'.
